I just recently booked a storage area from Storewell on Evans. My experience has been great. The facility is very clean and welcoming with professional staffing. Fresh coffee and cookies are a nice touch. Once I rented my unit I realized the space was smaller than I needed, they quickly upgraded me to a bigger unit with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Before I don’t trust storage, somehow I have no place to go and it kind of last min. This storage offer me good price, and I start feel comfortable with that and put whole my stuff in there for since 11 months and I final got my own place and looking forward to have my stuff back and I feeling rat eat my stuff or it become mole and dirty. Once I came by and get whole my stuff out it was so neat!!!! I believe this storage is awesome!!!! IT ALL GOOD! Trust me, this storage is all neat, respect, and environment neat. I’ve used the Royal Windsor Storwell twice over the past ten years, and both times their service has been beyond reproach. The most recent time was last summer and they had actually improved their service: the information on the website was spot-on and the interaction with staff upon sign-up was excellent. They’ve really got it together; if you’re looking for temporary storage that is reasonably priced, I cannot recommend these folks highly enough!

Storwell Self Storage was convenient in terms of location, clean, dry and secure. If I need temporary starage in future I would certainly consider this facility.

Storwell on Evans is one of the best storage facilities in the city! Clean, and incredibly helpful staff, I kept my stuff there short term (< 3 months) and they were able to give me a great deal! Also a very safe location to go to late at night if needed. I highly recommend this location!

So I’ve used Storwell twice in the past four years, and if I ever need a storage unit in the future I will probably use them again. I love that the facility is available 24 hours a day, close to the highway, never had a problem with my unit, and they take care of everything. There have been 1 or 2 billing issues with their automated billing system over the years, but they proactively call me to let me know and correct it, so I can’t really complain about that. I do wish it was cheaper, but then again I wish everything in life was cheaper. If you’re looking for a good, reliable storage place, this is definitely one to consider.

When I moved out to Vancouver I had to put my belongings in storage for a while until i was settled in here. I kept my stuff with Storwell for about a year. Their staff is always courteous and their facility is very clean. And they always have free cookies!

We used Storwell for about 6 years after we moved aboard our boat. Wonderful people to deal with! Always friendly and helpful. The units were kept very clean and the snow quickly cleared in the winter. Could not ask for a better storage setup! Thanks for taking care of our stuff!

I have to say that this storage facility was really great, from the location, the service and ease of getting started to the payments and “close-out” process. Compared to other storage facilities it is really clean and seems really secure (except the gate was broken for a number of days recently). The only criticism is the price which is a bit steep.

It starts the moment you walk in the door – with a smile so warm and friendly it can brighten up a dull day. Good coffee, fresh cookies, clean restroom, clean facilities – all the time – and a VERY convenient location. Well laid out, secure, brightly lit and comfortable – even at night. With contributions to good community causes, they are the complete package! The longer you stay, the more you will thank yourself for making this decision.

In February 2004 I approached your office to discuss storage of my belongings as of the 1st of March while I searched for my first home. After visiting other establishments and talking to employees managing those shops I was immediately impressed with my visit to your premises. As you may imagine it was a very stressful time in my life and once I entered your premises I felt safe and comfortable, I knew my belongings would be safe there. My belongings stayed on your premises for 4 months, and at no time was I uncertain of the security and cleanliness that surrounds your premises. I was so confident in my choice of company, I did not feel the need to visit within those 4 months. On Sunday July 11th I was scheduled to move into my new house and remove my belongings from your premises (Storage Unit# 2805). Saturday, I searched feverishly for the key that opened the lock to my unit, I could not find it, I thought may be possibly it was a combination and therefore there was no key. That Sunday, with my family in tow we came to remove my things and determined that in fact it was a key that unlocked the door. Being Sunday and your office closed, I was stumped with what to do…but as I was returning to my unit I was approached by someone tending the grounds, I believe he may be the owner. He was prepared to assist me… It was Sunday and someone was there! Today, I am in my first home and my things look just as wonderful as they did before they were stored. It was further confirmation that it was in fact the right place to store my personal things. There are two words that describe your company, excellence and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use your establishment again and I will certainly recommend Storwell to others.
