I just started renting space from these guys and so far the experience is right on point. They were more and transparent with any questions and concerns and made sure to state any other relevant concerns I failed to ask, right up front as I signed up. I highly recommend using Storwell Self Storage for a few reasons. Customer service is top notch. I dealt with 2 different employees who were both very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I walked in and had a storage unit within 15 minutes after speaking with the customer service representative that was working that day. The price was right and having 24-hr access is very convenient. The storage units were also very clean.

My experience at Storwell was outstanding! I’ve never rented a storage unit before, so I was a bit nervous. Alia, was very informative, pleasant and helpful. She showed me a bunch of different unit sizes both indoors and outdoors. She gave me quotes and helped me decide on which unit to proceed with to match my needs.
The Manager Judith, is soo friendly, she answered my numerous questions with ease. And completed all my paperwork so quickly! Everything was a breeze at Storwell, and I’m glad I decided to store my possessions at this facility.

I chose Storwell Etobicoke because the location is great (right beside the highway exit), their prices are very competitive, they have a wider range of unit sizes than other places in the area, and the facility is very well kept. But the best thing about this place is the awesome staff: Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful, was happy to show us a bunch of options, and just made the whole process super easy. Highly recommended!

I visited a bunch of storage lockers to compare, and this place stands out head and shoulders and more over the others. First of all, Laura and Ilona were super helpful, patient and friendly. They took the time to explain everything carefully and to show me the lockers. They are both multilingual also.
The facility is clean, neat and bright. All lockers are easily accessible from the car. Importantly, their storage fees are pretty stable compared to other locations which might change prices after only four months or every six months. This really does feel like a family business where they do things the old fashion, honourable way.
Once I know when to get my lockers, I will use this facility. It's just a lot cleaner and simpler for my monthly planning. Besides, both Laura and Ilona to be very much on top of things and proud of being there. Having people who care about their work makes a huge difference.

I stopped by over the weekend and rented a storage unit. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, showed me different storage units and reviewed different pricing options. The place looks very clean and well maintained, prices are competitive and the overall process of getting a unit was very straight forward. They are very transparent and you can be sure there are no hidden costs, also no contracts required in that you can cancel at any time and only be charged for what you use. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage, they have great customer service and great prices, you can't go wrong.

I was moving from out of country and needed a self storage unit to store my belongings. Storwell made it very easy to arrange remotely. I got a unit which I could drive up to which made loading/unloading very easy. The storage unit was very clean and the property overall is very well kept. The Mississauga location is conveniently close to Uhaul and the GO station.

Great prices and excellent customer service.
The ladies at the front were very polite and quick to assist with all our needs/wants for a unit. We were able to get signed up and access to our unit within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend.
Also a huge benefit of the units at Storwell are the ceilings. They are quite high (10Ft) as opposed to the most common 8 ft ceilings with other storages. This makes it efficient for stacking
I can see myself coming back here in the future for any storage that may need to be done.

What's crazy is I don't even know where to begin
The staff is beyond amazing and helpful when it comes to general questions you may have or just general curiosity & if I could give that a rating alone id say 100/10
Then we have the facility itself, very spacious and they have various amounts/sizes to cater to every person's need dispite the anxiety you might have thinking "will this fit?"
Then let me tell you about the fact that the facility is 24hrs 7days a week
I literally cannot begin to discribe how much it being 24hrs has saved me.
Before getting a unit here at Storwell I originally had a unit at storagemart and they used to close after 10pm but being a buiness owner it's hard to gauge when you'll actually need to access your unit and they also had multiple floors and it was just a maze (Storage Mart) but with Storwell everything is beyond accessable you can even drive your car right up to your unit with zero problems
Honestly I could go on and on about why Storwell is by far the best storage place I've been but I implore you to just come and see for yourself because seeing is believing to some but if this review alone is all you need then what are you waiting for?
You will not regret it at all I wholeheartedly can make that promise
10000/10 would recommend to everybody but not everybody needs a storage unit lol

Storwell is conveniently located 2 mins off the highway. Wonderful staff and an exceptionally clean facility. Needed storage for just over a month and the manager Judith guided me with a unit that would be best fit my needs at an amazing price! Storwell Self Storage in Etobicoke is an excellent facility that I have been using for 8 years. They have a good variety of locker sizes to meet your needs and provide around the clock access. It is a safe storage site with multiple layers of security for peace of mind. The climate controlled buildings are a nice addition for keeping your belongings in good condition, no matter what nature they are.
The office is always there if you have questions or concerns. They have very accessible hours and will process your request with ease. It’s always a pleasant experience when dealing with Storwell staff especially Maysa and Laura. Their friendly personalities add even more value to the operations.
The buildings have also had a complete replacement of all roofing shingles in the past few years. Very large investment I’m sure to keep the contents safe and dry.

Convenient storage unit right off of 401 and Markham. Very well kept facilities with outdoor receptacles to charge my batteries while I clean out my work truck.
They have also added an additional HUGE parking lot for larger trucks.

I shopped 6-7 competitors for best value and selected StorWell: 24/7 access with security code was terrific; the storage area was clean with plenty of parking, and I got a free lock. At first I have been looking for storage online and I saw storwell driving on the highway going home got home check it online easy to communicate with them and if you don’t they will actually answer or try to communicate by calling txt and email. Very good for me because I am in a rush everytime but anyway came on a Saturday and walk in the office you see a lady that will greet you with smile name Judith like my moms name anyway she answered all my question show me in where to go and check what is the sizes that will be best for me to have next thing you know not even an hour she gave me the storage number my entry code and all the regulation have a locker for myself even I leave when my rental is done I could have. And also how secure their storage are for example turnin that slight turn you will see police cruiser stand by most of the time or hide. Some where which is good and also we have 24 hours of entry very nice and no stairs or elevator to go too

Really good, hands-on service! Judith was such a huge help in deciding what kind of unit to rent. She walked me through the process of booking a unit and showed me a fow of their available ones as well on such short notice! She made time to meet me based on my schedule, which helped a lot. Being a first time client at Storwell Self Storage, my experience was nothing short of great.
The staff is extremely friendly and made the whole process comfortable and easy.
I was greeted by Michelina, who was very amiable. She gave me a run down of all the options they have to best suit my needs and even helped me decide with a live showing of the units for the same.
I was then directed to Judith, who swiftly and efficiently went through getting me set up and explaining everything I will need in detail and both of them, giving me the best possible deal.

I’ve been wanting to get a storage unit for a while now. So today I drove by Storwell Self Storage & decided to drop in. I was greeted by Michela, who was very pleasant & helpful.
I mentioned that I was in a hurry, so she quickly gave me the rundown with costs, as I was shown the different size units.
I felt comfortable in accepting the great value offered to me & we closed the deal.
I was thinking to myself, if I knew that it was this affordable, I would have had this storage unit, much sooner.
There was no need to search further. I have found exactly what I was looking for, at a great price & in a convenient location(right off the 401).

The best storage facility I have ever used: period. I have flipped some real estate over the last few years , and from time to time I've been caught between properties. When that happens I have to put everything I have in storage, usually on short notice and I've used a number of facilities and none of them matched Storwell Self Storage on Royal Windsor. I'm so glad I found them. They are always available, and they go out of their way to accommodate my needs. When I need storage they provide it with no complications. If I need to increase my space, they allow me to move to a bigger unit on a second's notice. The whole facility is very clean, and you can clearly tell its well maintained and completely vermin free. You can be totally confident that when you lock your unit your items are safe, secure, insured and no little critters are going to sneak in through an opening in the wall somewhere to nibble on things or make a nest. Which has happened to me in another facility. Speaking of other facilities, Storwell has a famous competitor nearby and yes I have used their facilities.. By comparison to Storwell their place is dark and dirty and in my opinion very poorly managed. I tried them once: I've used Storwell 3 times, once I found them I never went back. This is my third stay with Storwell, and this time I took one of the larger units and I've been here a number of months with zero problems, zero concerns. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. And on another note, the people who run Storwell are very nice, professional and accommodating. They make you feel valuable and welcome. There is almost a sense of community here. These people really enjoy what they do and its clearly reflected throughout the whole facility. Believe me when I say this, I've done this for a number of years now and I know great service when i experience it. At Storwell the people are great, the facility is clean and secure, and the rates a very fair. I'm a customer for life. I strongly recommend you try them out, I'm totally sure that like me, you'll be completely satisfied.

I have used several storage places in the past. This one takes the cake. I have to say firstly the customer service there is TOP NOTCH !! I dealt with Lance and he was fantastic, my matter was a bit of a unique one and he helped tremendously. He was thorough, he explained all the details perfectly, i was able to get a unit all set up and done in less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful with the sizes etc, He is the ONLY reason actually I ended up choosing this place right away. I was going to look around but after dealing with Lance i felt no need to. The great things about this place, its 24 hrs, you can get in and out any time you are not limited to specific hours, its a very clean spacious facility. You dont have to pay for a key they provide you one !!! Thats amazing.
The office has coffee water etc. Even when i went in there was another person in there speaking about how great the service is.
This place is convenient, easy, clean and has amazing specials if you are a first timer !!

If you are looking for arguably the best storage facility; the Storwell at 83 Executive Court is my suggestion. It's less of a business, and more a family. All the staff is extremely friendly, and compassionate in times of need. There is 24hr staff for any issues you may have. Washrooms are always kept clean and stocked. The facility in general is kept very well. 👌 Maintenance is at at all time high. I can't say I ever felt worried with my belongings kept here. A new roof was installed last year. What else can I say.... Nothing but good things really.... Highly Recommend!

Firstly, this is a much bigger facility than you imagine when you see it from the road. They have hundreds of units. And all the units are ground floor garage door accessible. This was important to me because I didn't want to haul items onto an elevator and up 4 floors. The staff have been incredibly helpful and super friendly. The unit I rented was spotless. Storwell was the only positive experience of my two-day moving nightmare. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. When I ran out of space in the unit I had rented they were able to provide me with a deal on the secondary unit. The movers? Different story!

We will only needed a storage locker for just over a month. We looked at some other locations but Storwell Self Storage stood out as being the most secure and cleanest. The staff (Two amazing knowledgable individuals) were helpful, patient especially while explaining everything in detail and making sure we had the space that suited our needs without going into something that was more than necessary. I wish this business could be cloned into many other businesses as one does not often get this level of service.

Storwell storage Scarborough is one of the best storages to have. They’re tidy , good sizes and the customer service is amazing. I currently have 4 units at the location and couldn’t be more happier as the staff always goes above & beyond to help me specially Judith and lance. Love dealing with these guys ! Highly recommend this location.

My husband and I (Lexus) recently rented a unit at this location (Etobicoke). The staff was warm and appeasing to our needs. We found the unit that was right for our family at a great rate. Security patrols the yard and there are multiple security measures in place. We highly reccommend for your storage needs.

This storage is at very good location right beside the highway. It can be accessed round the clock which is very convenient and flexible. Staffs are very friendly. The units were shown and explained in detail before signing the lease contract. I fully recommend this storage for those needing extra space in the middle of city. Thanks.

It was my the first time experience to rent storage. Ilona and Laura were very friendly and well versed in the matter. They showed me several closets and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. The registration process did not take much time and was simple. Rented a 10 x10 unit for few months at this location. Good price and I had a good deal with a month free. Location is very convenient with 24h access, which was good for my schedule. Communication was always great! Ilana always responded by email or phone call. They were always prompt to help since the beginning of my agreement. I have no complaints and will return as a customer if needed.

I would highly recommend Storwell Storage at Executive Court without hesitation! We have had 2 or more storage units there for a number of years. The facility is safe, clean and secure! The staff are great! Definitely call Judith at this location as she has handled our storage units and is amazing!!!
