We’re looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist the CEO of a multi-corporation. You will be responsible for handling all of the administrative tasks that keep our companies running smoothly. This includes everything from scheduling meetings, to answering phones, paperwork, research, typing correspondence, and more. You will work closely with the team of executives and managers and act as a liaison between these executives and other employees in the organization who need information or assistance.
